At Flamingo Haircare, your satisfaction matters to us. However, because our products are personal care items, strict hygiene standards apply.

Returns for Unopened Items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in line with UK Consumer Contract Regulations for personal-care items. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@flamingohaircare.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Returns on Opened or Used Items. 

Due to hygiene and health & Safety laws, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal-care products unless the item is faulty.

This Applies to:

  1. Bottles with broken seals 
  2.  Used Products
  3. Products missing original packaging 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your items arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@flamingohaircare.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Refund Processing Times 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.
