These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products (“Products”) through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Age Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts or have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email that confirms your order details. This email constitutes the formation of the agreement between you and us.
You must provide accurate personal, billing, shipping and payment information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures or losses if incorrect information is provided.
4. Product Information & Availability
We make every reasonable effort to display product details (including ingredients, size, colour) accurately. However, differences in device screens may affect colour/appearance.
Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change before acceptance of your order.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders for certain products at our discretion.
5. Price, Payment & Taxes
Product prices and shipping charges are shown in GBP (or the currency selected). Payment is taken at the time of order (or as otherwise stated). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties or import charges if purchasing from outside the UK.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly from our UK-based processing location. Dispatch times do not take place at our returns address.
All orders are packaged and fulfilled within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day
Delivery times depend on your shipping method and destination and will be displayed at checkout. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided where available.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we may need to charge an additional fee to resend the parcel.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

8. Limitation on Using Consumer Rights
Where you buy Products as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any of your statutory rights under UK law (e.g. under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Flamingo Haircare Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, or use any part of the content without our prior written consent, except for placing orders or printing receipts.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flamingo Haircare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to the purchase or use of Products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with Products shall be limited to the amount paid by you for those Products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
