At Flamingo Haircare, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you will find clear information about how we process, pack, and ship your items. 

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom 

Ireland 

France 

Germany 

Spain 

Portugal 

Order Processing Times 

 We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. 

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched same day. 

Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. 

 Please note: During busy periods (sales, holidays, restocks) dispatch times may be slightly longer. 

 

Shipping Costs (Weight-Based Pricing)  

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. 

This ensures fair and accurate pricing for single items and multi-item purchases. 

Average product weights: 

2-in-1 Body Wash & Shampoo: 280g 

Face & Body Lotion: 295g 

Nourishing Conditioner: 264g 

Bundle Box (all 3 items included): 904g  

Your parcel’s total weight determines the shipping band your order will fall under. 

 

UK Delivery Times 

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days 

Tracking is provided where available 

 

EU Delivery Times 

For Ireland, France, Germany, Spain & Portugal: 

Standard International Delivery: 5–10 working days 

Customs processing may occasionally introduce delays 

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country 

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses 

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. 

We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect, we can resend it  additional postage fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery via:
